1Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Software.
• You confirm that you are authorized to operate the registered restaurant or business.

2Scope of Service

The Software provides:

• Billing & invoicing
• Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT)
• Token & Direct Bill features
• Reports & analytics
• Printer integration
• User & staff management

Feature availability may vary depending on the trial status, subscription plan, and enabled modules.

3Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date business information, including GST details where applicable.
• All activities carried out under your account are your responsibility.

4Internet & System Requirement

• The Software requires an active internet connection to function correctly.
• You are responsible for ensuring reliable internet connectivity and compatible devices.
• We are not liable for service disruption caused by internet failures, ISP issues, or device limitations.

5Subscription & Payments

• New restaurant accounts may begin with a limited free trial where offered at signup.
• Trial access may end automatically on the published expiry date, after which some or all operations may be restricted until a valid subscription or renewal is activated.
• Certain features are available only through paid subscription plans.
• Subscription purchases, renewals, and related online payments may be processed through Razorpay or other enabled payment partners.
• Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law, subscription and renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.
• Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per Indian laws.
• Pricing, plans, and included features may change with prior notice.

6Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Software.
• Use the Software for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
• Attempt to breach system security or access restricted data.
• Use the platform beyond permitted commercial purposes.

7Data Accuracy & Compliance

The Restaurant is solely responsible for:

• Bills and invoices generated
• GST configuration and compliance
• Financial records and reports
• Customer data entered into the system

ZaykaBill is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect configurations or user input.

8Printer & Hardware Disclaimer

• ZaykaBill does not manufacture or guarantee third-party hardware.
• WebPOS is designed for thermal printer workflows, while final printer behavior depends on the printer model, drivers, operating system, and device compatibility.
• Any hardware malfunction or limitation is outside our liability.

9Service Availability

• We aim to maintain high availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
• Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

10Intellectual Property

• All software, branding, logos, UI designs, and content are the exclusive property of ZaykaBill.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• These Terms are violated
• A trial period expires and continued access requires an active subscription or renewal
• Subscription payments are overdue
• The Software is misused or used unlawfully

Access to data may be restricted or removed upon termination.

12Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

ZaykaBill shall not be liable for:

• Business interruption or revenue loss
• Incorrect billing due to misconfiguration
• Legal or tax penalties incurred by the Restaurant

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription fee paid.

13Modifications

• ZaykaBill may modify features, pricing, or these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh.
